Booking & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Process
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or email. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified for special packages.
2. Cancellation Terms
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge of one night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
3. Modifications
Reservation modifications are subject to availability and rate differences. Please contact our reservations team as soon as possible to request any changes to your booking.
4. Group Bookings
Special terms apply for group bookings of 5 rooms or more. Please contact our events team for detailed information about group reservations and cancellation policies.
5. Force Majeure
