1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hotenvo website and services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hotenvo.

2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are quoted in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalties. Different cancellation terms may apply for special rates, packages, and group bookings.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Property Rules

Guests must comply with all property rules and regulations. Hotenvo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to require guests to leave the property for violations of these rules.
